The Pavilion: Pedestrian Connection

After an eye-opening, late-night site visit to Miami's Overtown, I learned that there is a high concentration of people there that have seemingly nothing other than the items they carry. When thinking of what to give in this pavilion, I concentrated on something that looked refreshing and almost out of place amid the grey overpass; something that can take anyone out of any ruminative thoughts they're suffering through. Something so weird, that if they look and are willing to engage with, will actually reward them with a bit of fun, or a place to relax a bit.
